Denver Men in the Kitchen is about some of the most successful and interesting men in Denver who happen to like to cook. The word success keeps cropping up. Sure, there's success at work, but how about success in keeping the home fires burning?

Traditionally, we have thought of the male as being the conqueror, the one who provides, and the one who is out on the front line sometimes battling to keep food on the table. I believe there has not been enough importance of the man in the home and the part he plays in keeping all intact. Truth be known, the men who expend effort on building home fires are the ones who also find home fires the warmest.

Developing this book, I saw other themes: creativity, caring for others, and most importantly, making wise choices. Small, everyday choices that create who we are...choices that influence future events and leave a legacy for future generations. Our families, our health, and our happiness are impacted by those choices.
